I had reached out to Advanced Water Treatment when I needed to address issues with the hardness from my well water and the gas like smell that was coming from it. Mark went above and beyond to make sure my issues were resolved. I couldn't be more satisfied with the prompt responses, professional installation, explanation of everything, and service that Mark provided! I highly recommend them!

Excellent experience, zero complaints or issues. Mark was punctual and prepared for both the water test and installation. My well water had an unpleasant color and odor. He was able to offer solutions without being pushy or selling me something I didn’t need. Very happy with the service, communication and performance of the equipment purchased.

I contacted Mark via his website. Got a call 3 minutes later to set up a housecall to review my needs. He took water to the lab for testing, per my request and sampled hardness and ph on the spot. A few days later and my new water softener system is installed. I was kept informed by message the day before as a reminder, and when Mark was on his way on the day of installation. He did a great job. I will feel comfortable calling him if I have concerns or questions. Pat M
