The install was good. Had to deal with some faulty work related to a previously installed pressure tank that resulted in a failed valve connection. The service tech handled that issue well, replaced the valve, and plumbed everything to my request. Took the old softener tank and piping so that was one less item for me... Satisfied with the overall work.

Needed to have my annual inspection/check on my water softener, and tried to coordinate with a couple of other maintenance items, so I did not give Advanced Water Treatment a lot of notice, but Mark was able to get me into their schedule that allowed to have all of my maintenance items completed on the same day. Such a nice experience and I would, and have, recommended Advanced Water Treatment to my neighbors as their service is excellent. Thank you Mark and we will see you next year.

7/31/25.. I've lived here for over 45 years. We had crystal clear water for about 15 years from the well when we moved in after building the house and after that (for 25+ years) I went through a process of having to find/use a water system that started out good for a few months and then gradually turned in to brown water again. And watching the price go higher for a service that I definitely was not getting.

Since finding out about Advanced Water Treatment and purchasing their system it's still crystal clear and the service is still top notch.

I would highly recommend Advanced Water Treatment to service and install your water filtration systems! Mark, our technician was highly knowledgeable and great to work with! He answered all of our questions and followed up with us after installation. Our tap filter and water has cleared up tremendously; no more yellow stains on our whites when washing, or cloudy tap water. He came out in a timely manner when it was time to change our filter, and even sent us 50 dollar Amazon gift card for referring them to our neighbor!
